Montreal 2024 - Day 2: Au Pied de Cochon Sugar Shack

Another year and another pilgrimage to possibly our favorite dining experience on the planet! The food was top-notch as always, and focused on the familiar but beloved over-the-top versions of Quebecois classics that made Au Pied de Cochon famous (or infamous!).

Interior - cozy and welcoming as always! I remain steadfast in my criticism of the new yellow bar chairs, which are so heavy that they cannot be moved without help.
