Friday Night Cocktail

Just a little fun with dessert cocktails on the Friday before my birthday. I cobbled this together from vodka, Kahlua, Bailey's, creme de cacao, cream, and Aztec chocolate bitters. Garnished with chocolate syrup and a spicy hot chocolate powder rim. YUM.
