Montreal 2024 - Day 2: Strøm Nordic Spa
Whenever we visit Montreal, we always make it a point to visit Strom Nordic Spa down on Nun's Island. It's a beautiful facility with surprisingly good food, especially their very inventive desserts. We became big fans of the Nordic circuit of alternating the hot tub, cold plunge, sauna, and rest. Strom has several of each to choose from, so it's fun to do a few loops in different areas.
